Ocean Massage Bali does not operate a public physical outlet. Service availability depends on location, scheduling, and therapist availability.

- Ocean Massage Bali reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking if the location or request does not meet our service standards.
4. Professional Standards & Client Conduct

- Clients must behave respectfully at all times.
- Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or requests outside professional boundaries are strictly prohibited.
- Therapists reserve the right to end the session immediately if professional boundaries are violated.
No refund will be provided in cases of misconduct or violation of these terms.

Clients are responsible for informing Ocean Massage Bali of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or special requirements prior to the session.
Ocean Massage Bali is not responsible for complications arising from undisclosed health conditions. Massage treatments are not intended to replace medical advice or treatment.
6. Payment Policy

7. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- Cancellations should be made as early as possible.
